Digital Marketing Team Lead

The Digital Marketing Team Lead oversees and drives the execution of digital marketing initiatives for the Singapore office, ensuring alignment with both local ministry goals and Asia Pacific regional digital engagement strategies. This role manages the country’s digital marketing team, leads multi-channel campaigns, and strengthens digital engagement through web, email, social media, and digital content.

The Team Lead serves as the primary digital champion within the Singapore office by planning, executing, and optimizing digital strategies while collaborating closely with regional digital leaders to maintain standards, share best practices, and ensure measurable growth in audience reach, engagement, and ministry impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Singapore digital marketing team, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and continuous skill development.
  • Manage workload, priorities, and project flow to deliver digital campaigns on time and to a high standard.
  • Drive a culture of innovation, excellence, and Christ-centered service within the team.
  • Develop and execute the Singapore digital marketing plan using web, email, social media, and digital campaigns to support ministry goals.
  • Localize and implement regional digital strategies, ensuring alignment with APAC direction and global standards.
  • Oversee digital content planning, production, and scheduling across all channels.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution from concept development to launch, optimization, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with content, communications, and ministry teams to deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Utilize digital tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS, social platforms, analytics tools) to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Collaborate with the APAC Sr. Data Analyst to apply insights for data-driven optimization.
  • Provide regular performance updates to Singapore leadership and APAC digital teams.
  • Work closely with APAC digital leadership to adopt and implement ministry-wide standards, guidelines, and digital frameworks.
  • Participate in regional digital communities, sharing insights, best practices, and learnings with peers across Asia Pacific.
  • Ensure the Singapore office remains aligned with ministry-wide digital governance, security practices, and platform compliance.
  • Oversee maintenance and updates of the local country website, social channels, and email lists.
  • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support the adoption of new digital tools, platforms, or initiatives introduced by the regional team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Chinese Editor

The Chinese Editor ensure the accuracy, clarity and faithfulness of the Chinese translations of our English-language resources, maintaining readability and theological integrity. This meaningful role is important in helping to share God’s Word with Chinese readers around the world. This is a full-time position serving with the Chinese Editorial Team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Translate, edit, and proofread Our Daily Bread and related materials (e.g., Discovery Series, Discovery Series Bible Study, Life Series, Introductory Editions, etc.).
  • Check translated manuscripts, make necessary revisions, and produce the final edited version ensuring linguistic accuracy, consistency, and theological soundness.
  • Proofread scripts.
  • Final editing of letters for projects as and when required.
  • Collaborate with translators, editors, and project managers to meet production schedules.
  • Assess the quality of potential translators.
  • Participate in quarterly editorial meetings.
  • Prepare monthly work reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in Translation, English, Chinese, Linguistics, Theology, or related field).

Job Requirements

  • Professional experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in translation, editing, or publishing.

HR Executive

The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the Country Director, overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing administrative support to the ministry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Country Director on salary reviews, incentive compensation plans, performance appraisals, and market benchmarking initiatives.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer, update, and implement HR policies, Staff Employment Handbook, and terms and conditions pertaining to staff.
  • Manage regulatory submissions (e.g., GPL, NS-men), grant applications, and annual surveys to relevant government bodies.
  • Maintain and update employee information and benefits, including insurance claims and leave records.
  • Oversee and maintain HR systems such as CorpPass and the Leave System.
  • Coordinate weekly staff meetings and promote a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Conduct exit interviews for departing staff members.
  • Provide secretarial support during Board meetings and ensure accurate data management and filing.

Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will work alongside the Country Director in planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all finance-related activities of the ministry. This includes direct responsibility for day-to-day accounting and finance needs, forecasting, compliance, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts
    • Supervise the accounts staff in the office—provide leadership, guidance and support.
    • Review monthly accounts and reports, explain variances against budget for submission to Country Director (CD).
    • Submit approved monthly financial reports to regional Finance Co-ordinator for consolidation purposes.
    • Provide analysis of accounts on a quarterly basis.
    • Check and approve outgoing remittances.
    • Check and approve GIRO collections.
    • Check funds that are approved for transfers to overseas Asia Pacific offices.
    • Monitor cash flow and inform Country Director of areas of concern.
    • Liaise with the auditors for the annual audit, review and reconcile the audited financial statements, management letter.
    • Ensure that accounting system functions properly.
    • Review accounting procedures to ensure adequate internal controls are in place and make changes and improvements where necessary.
    • Carry out tasks that are assigned by the Country Director from time to time.
  • Budgets
    • Update budget templates for individual department.
    • Assist team leads with preparation of budget.
    • Review team budget and prepare consolidated country budget for submission to Country Director, and work with CD to present budget to Board Chairman and Treasurer and subsequently to the Board, for approval.
    • Submit approved consolidated budget to regional finance coordinator for Asia Pacific consolidation.
  • Corporate Administration
    • Liaise with company secretary to ensure compliance with ACRA, filing of Annual Returns.
    • Liaise with auditors for review of accounts.
    • Set the agenda for the internal audit committee review and obtain Country Director’s approval before sending it. Record minutes and facilitate review of internal controls by Audit committee.
    • Prepare for filing of Annual Report, Financial Statements and Governance Evaluation Checklist to the Commissioner of Charities.
    • Prepare the Governance checklist for board’s approval.
    • Prepare financial reports for Board meetings.
  • Inter-Office Claims, Payment and Reports
    • Check and approve the monthly claims submitted to Grand Rapids office for reimbursement.
    • Liaise with Grand Rapid’s office finance for claims and payment.
    • Prepare annual reports (Eliminations, Total Assets & Liabilities, PCI) for submission to Asia Pacific Finance Director
  • Investment
    • Work with board treasurer and Internal Audit Committee on investments.
  • Publishing Entity Accounts
    • Prepare monthly accounts to be sent to Country Director.
    • Submit approved monthly financial reports to regional Finance Director for consolidation purposes.
    • Prepare management reports for annual audit.
    • Review royalties for the year and work with the operations team to ensure accuracy.
    • File withholding tax for royalties.
    • Annual filing of ECI and Form CS to Income Tax department.
    • Liaise with countries for payment.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Content Marketing Strategist

The Content Marketing Strategist plays a vital role in shaping the ministry’s digital content strategy by ensuring content remains engaging, relevant, and aligned with the audience’s needs. This role involves conceptualizing content ideas, planning campaigns, and ensuring that digital content leverages current trends while maintaining theological integrity. The strategist will play an active role in collaborating with the digital marketing and creative teammates to execute impactful content pieces that seek to fulfil the ministry’s mission of enhancing brand engagement and ministry reach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with ministry objectives and audience needs.
  • Lead the ideation process for content development, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and biblically sound.
  • Write and refine compelling copy for marketing campaigns, digital ads, and landing pages.
  • Work closely with digital marketing to optimize content performance based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop multimedia content, including video and visual assets.
  • Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on engagement metrics and trends.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital content formats, and best practices.
  • Ensure all content produced maintains theological accuracy and aligns with the ministry’s core beliefs.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Relevant experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or content creation may also be considered.

Editor

This role develops the English content work of Our Daily Bread Ministries through writing, editing, and proofreading so that all resources and communications fulfil the ministry mission and meet the needs of its readers.

Responsibilities

(A) Editing

  • Work with authors on an outline or initial draft to develop a manuscript that meets our publishing goals and aligns with our content philosophy and brand voice
  • Work with writers through any number of drafts to refine direction and identify topics to be covered or omitted from the article or book
  • Factcheck and raise queries with the writer, deliver feedback and comments on drafts in a constructive manner while respecting the writer’s tone of voice
  • Rewrite and edit copy to improve readability and expression; to correct errors in spelling, punctuation, syntax, and facts; and to ensure consistency
  • Communicate with authors, designers, and relevant personnel to achieve timely completion of project

(B) Writing

  • Non-teaching content: Marketing copy, back cover blurbs, publicity materials, in-house communications, ecoms, and website copy
  • Teaching content: Outreach booklets (LAL), Discovery Series booklets, devotional articles, online articles, books and others
  • Adapt current content for new audiences
  • Research and conduct interviews, when required

(C) Proofreading

  • Improve word choice, correct grammar and spelling, ensure consistency and completeness of document for publication
  • Ensure text adheres to specific style guide and editorial standards

(D) Content Development

  • Participate as a member of the English Content Development Team
  • Organise text documents and media files efficiently for English content work
  • Move between multiple projects as needed, manage timelines and workflow to meet deadlines

Outreach Ministry Executive

The Outreach Ministry Executive supports the work of outreach in our local community, ensuring that we walk alongside our Outreach Partners as valued companions. Using our resources, we partner with individuals, businesses, and fellowship groups in sharing the good news of Jesus with those who have yet to know Him, and in encouraging and building up fellow believers in their walk with Christ.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Engagement
    • Reach out to potential Outreach Partners through communication platforms or in-person visits.
    • Share outreach resources with both new and existing partners, offering support on how to use them effectively.
    • Keep a summary of discussion points after engaging with new and existing partners.
    • Assist in responding to enquiries from Outreach Partners via our Business WhatsApp account or emails.
    • Responsible for the preparation of the quarterly Outreach Partner letter, coming up with the content to introduce the latest outreach resource and providing other updates.
    • Provide ongoing care and engagement with Outreach Partners through visits and communication platforms.
  • Resource Management
    • Responsible for Outreach material inventory and replenishment of stock of relevant materials.
    • Work with other teams for the development of new outreach resources and provide them in a timely and relevant manner.
    • Work closely with the Church Ministries team in sharing outreach resources in churches.
  • Administration
    • Provide inputs for the monthly report to be submitted to the Executive Director.
    • Maintain and update Outreach Partner contacts and resource orders in Salesforce.
    • Assist in the planning of any ad hoc outreach projects/events that may be required.
    • Assist Team Lead in putting together the annual goals, plan and budget for recommendation to the Executive Director for approval.
    • Handle any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the Team Lead.
  • Additional Function
    • Assist in Ministry Services and Church Ministries operations as and when required.

Education

A minimum of a Diploma in any discipline or field.

Senior Accounts Executive

The Senior Accounts Executive handles the day-to-day management of accounts for the ministry. This role is central in ensuring that incoming bills and payments are processed in a timely manner and that monthly financial report deadlines are met on time and to a high standard. The Senior Accounts Executive is also responsible for the year-end closing of accounts, preparation of audit confirmation letters and year-end schedules. In addition, the role also encompasses the need to maintain the full set of accounts for our publishing arm.  

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming bills and payments.
  • Record suppliers’ invoices in MYOB and distribute to respective departments for approval.
  • Collate approved invoices for payment via our online banking postal.
  • Verify expense claims vouchers via email, sign off and file for reimbursement via payroll.
  • Prepare journal entries for month-end closing.
  • Record receipts, payment vouchers, journal vouchers in MYOB.
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Petty cash reimbursement
  • Prepare month-end financial reports.
  • Maintain accounts, spreadsheets and arrange for TT payments and transfers to other offices when required.
  • Giro application and collection
  • Monitor Fixed Deposits for renewal
  • Responsible for year-end closing of accounts, preparation of audit confirmation letters and year-end schedules.
  • Maintain full set of accounts for our publishing arm.
  • Input donations and run reports in Salesforce.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Education
A minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or Finance, bringing a strong foundation in financial principles.

Job Requirements

  • Professional experience: At least 3 years of full-function accounting experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial processes.
  • Technical proficiency: Knowledge of relevant accounting software like MYOB, with Salesforce experience being an added advantage.
  • Analytical skills: An analytical and mathematical mind to tackle unique financial challenges.
