HR & Admin Executive

Be involved in influencing the well-being and productivity of staff in Our Daily Bread Ministries, motivating teams and creating a God-honoring workplace culture that is effective and innovative in making the life-changing wisdom of the Bible understandable and accessible to believers of all ages so that lives are transformed.

Main Responsibilities
Assist Country Director in the following tasks:

  • Produce reports, briefing papers and presentations
  • Taking of minutes for meetings, and tracking the follow up actions
  • Attend Board meetings
  • Data management and filing
  • Schedule meetings

Assist Head of Growth and Innovation in the following tasks:

  • Taking of minutes for meetings, and tracking the follow up actions
  • Schedule meetings

Perform HR function in the following tasks:

  • Maintain and update employee’s personal information and benefits (eg. insurance claims, leave)
  • Assist with salary reviews, incentive compensation plans, performance appraisal, and market benchmarking
  • Drive the recruitment: onboarding and offboarding process
  • Administer, implement and update HR policies, SOP, terms and conditions
  • Manage regulatory submission of claims (e.g. GPL, NS-men), grant’s application, and annual survey submission
  • Manage and maintain system: CorpPass, Connections, Leave Kadesh System
  • Organize and coordinate weekly staff meetings
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Communicate with government services when necessary
  • Promote a learning and collaborative culture in the office

Additional functions: Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Education

  • A degree in Human Resource Management (or a relevant field of study).
  • A diploma or certifications in relevant courses (online courses are also applicable)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as an HR executive or HR officer

Content Strategist (Digital)

We are looking for a Content Strategist to drive the development and execution of a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with our ministry goals, resonates with our target audiences, and enhances our online presence. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping narratives, creating engaging content pillars, and optimising user experiences across digital platforms, ensuring our brand remains innovative, relevant, and influential in the digital landscape.


Main Responsibilities
● Develop and execute comprehensive digital content strategies that target the 25 to 45-year-old demographic, ensuring alignment with ministry goals and brand identity.
● Identify emerging trends, preferences, and behaviour patterns of the target audience to inform content decisions.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and tech, to create and execute content that resonates with the target audience.
● Define and curate digital content pillars that will serve as the foundation for engaging various target audiences with relevant biblical content.
● Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to the content strategy.
● Lead the creation and optimization of content across various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
● Stay current with news, industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure our content strategy encourages more people in Singapore to draw close to God, as they receive, reflect and respond to God’s Word in a regular and sustainable way.
● Any other duties as required/assigned by the team leader.

Job Requirements
Must be a Christ-centred believer with a love for God’s Word.

Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field.

Experience
● Proven experience in content strategy and creation, particularly in targeting the 25-45 year old audience.
● Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
● Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to refine content strategy.
● Excellent project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
● Proficient in content management systems and digital marketing tools.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Strong copywriting background would be an advantage).

We are looking for a Content Writer / Copywriter to create biblical, compelling and relevant content that resonates with our target audiences, aligns with our ministry goals, and enhances our online presence. This role is essential in producing high-quality written materials, both for Bible engagement and marketing purposes, across various digital platforms, ensuring our ministry remains innovative, relevant, and influential in the digital landscape.

Main Responsibilities
● Collaborate with the Content Strategist to understand the target audience and content strategy.
● Write engaging and well-researched content that aligns with the defined content pillars and serves the needs of those between 25-45 year old
● Create persuasive and action-oriented copy for marketing materials, including social media campaigns, product descriptions and content titles.
● Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all content produced for the different pillars.
● Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and ranking on search engines.
● Work closely with design and marketing teams to create multimedia content that complements written materials.
● Stay updated with industry trends, emerging audience preferences, and content best practices.
● Any other duties as required/assigned by the team leader.

● Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● A portfolio showcasing a range of writing and copywriting samples is a plus.
